BLOOM Innovative Construction is a flagship workforce development program implemented by EAUA in partnership with Mercy Corps, Swisscontact, IRC, and Right to Protection. The program delivers practical, demand-driven training designed to prepare job-ready construction professionals for Ukraine’s reconstruction.
Through structured cohorts and industry collaboration, BLOOM continues to expand its reach across Ukraine, including conflict-affected regions such as Kharkiv.
