Centers of Excellence
We are forging partnerships between leading American and European technology companies, professional associations and universities to establish Construction Technology Centers of Excellence at Ukrainian educational institutions.
By leveraging international expertise and local talent, we empower individuals with cutting-edge skills and knowledge to excel in the dynamic construction industry.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science (MES) plans to develop Centers of Excellence for various industries. Within this program EAUA is creating the Construction Technology Center of Excellence and working with Ukrainian universities. to develop intensive construction technology training courses to prepare Architecture, Engineering and Construction professionals for the $500 billion+ reconstruction of Ukraine.

We are currently running two programs through this Center of Excellence:
Training Historic Preservation Program Managers to lead teams assessing and planning reconstruction of 30,000 damaged culturally significant buildings for local governments.
Training Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Surveying, 3D scanning, point cloud manipulation, digital architectural design, 3D structural design, project management, and construction cost estimating to be hired by international architecture, engineering, and construction firms for the Ukraine reconstruction.

EAUA is joining together with a leading construction solutions provider and the Ministry of Education and Science to create the Center for Excellence in Sustainable Construction. We will choose several Ukrainian universities and professional-technical schools and create training programs for

United 4 Construction
In collaboration with key stakeholders in the US and Ukraine, we're pioneering a program to match Ukrainian refugees with training and apprenticeship opportunities in the US construction industry, fostering economic growth and opportunity on both sides of the Atlantic.
